Lucy Steele - Head Girl
Lucy has been working with Gary to ensure the smooth running of the yard for over 3 years. Having previously worked in Eventing she came to Gary as a work rider, and has soon become an integral part of the team overseeing many of the horses coming to the yard.
Caroline is the managing director of Lambourn Equine Vets where she specialises in performance horses and racehorses. As well as being the on call vet for many major racing and eventing venues in 2017 she was appointed team vet for the British dressage and showjumping potential pashe is FEI team vet to the world class programme

Jamie Goddard DIP WCF ACF - Farrier
Jamie is a first rate farrier who specialises in performance horses. Jamie has worked with Gary for many years and his wealth of knowledge and attention to detail has helped many horses, from those racing at top level to others needing specialist attention due to injury or lameness
Kate Collings - Office Manager
Kate is the first point of call for all enquiries and needs of the yard. She has worked for Gary for many years having met him when she brought her own horse in for help.
Charlotte Baldwyn -
MSc Vet Phys, MCSP, ACPAT Cat A
Charlotte is a highly respected chartered and veterinary physiotherapist. After 12 years working as a senior consultant physio for ‘supervet’ Noel Fitzpatrick she now works in conjunction with primary and secondary referral veterinary practices, individuals, and teams in the equine and canine communities. She has been on the ACPAT committee in a voluntary PR role, promoting the profession to the Royal Veterinary College and the public.
